NA, (AOS NA) was established in July 2001 to market the
AOS flagship product, JACK.
Based near Annapolis, Maryland,
AOS NA is less than an hour's drive from Washington, D.C.
and convenient to key customer bases in the eastern half
of the United States.
AOS NA president,
Andrew Lucas, has identified several US commercial arenas
as likely markets for JACK and/or JACK related technology.
These include telecommunications, manufacturing, and customer
service delivery, plus aerospace and
defense
agencies/contractors.
More specifically, software
products suitable for enhancement with intelligent agents
would include:
network management and provisioning systems,
advanced manufacturing and scheduling systems,
intelligent web interactions (customer services,
help desks, etc.), plus
decision support, simulation, and
modeling.

New in Jack v5.0:
The JACK Development Environment (JDE) has been extended to provide
the ability to trace execution using JACK Design Diagrams.
After configuring the JDE to trace certain diagrams, it can connect to a running JACK™ application and when any transitions occur that match links in the diagram, they will be highlighted.
